Free Brazilian Workout at Vertical Addiction in Stamford!

Monday, February 10 | 6 – 7 p.m. | We will use capoeira movements as well as movements from other Brazilian dances to increase strength, flexibility, agility and coordination. Warm up with samba or samba reggae, strengthen & sweat through the martial arts-like capoeira moves and work on your balance while learning a fun floor choreography.
